Additional Services

Environmental Assessments

Sometimes required by counties prior to development, environmental assessments are detailed reports that provide information on soils, hydrology, natural vegetative communities, wetlands, threatened and endangered species, archaeological and cultural resources, hazardous materials and contamination.

Site Plans

We have many options for site plans from informal sketches to our most accurate site plans which are created by bringing in highly accurate GPS field data and using engineering and GIS software to produce easily understood and useable site plans for land use planning or permitting. Our scaled site plans are used by counties and state level agencies.

ERPs

We can complete ERP Applications and Application for Exemption to the Florida DEP and Water Management Districts that may be required.

Due Diligence

For affordable fees we can give you piece of mind before closing on a property no matter what the size. We can assess any and all environmental features including wetlands and expected septic specifications and more.

Inspections

We are state certified to be able to inspect all septic systems in the state of Florida. We are competitively priced and can have your construction and/or final inspection into the state usually on the same day so you can pass building inspections and get your CO (Certificate of Occupancy) fast.

Existing Waivers/Contingency Letters

We can often save you lots of money and time by allowing you to connect your new house or addition to your existing septic system.

Modifications

Are you planning an addition or building a larger house and want to connect to an existing septic system? We can often make this process affordable and easy by reusing your existing tank and drainfield and just adding drainfield to keep you up to code and pass inspection saving money and time.

Nitrogen Reducing

INRBs (In-Ground Nitrogen Reduction Biofilter), or “wood chip system” is a method used when nitrogen reduction is required especially when in Springs Protection Zones or Priority Focus Areas of the Florida Basin Management Plan ATUs (Aerobic Treatment Units) are another method that may be used to reduce nitrogen and allows up to a 40% reduction in drainfield size and cost)

Engineer Designed Systems

We offer engineer-designed systems for PBTS systems and low pressure dosing for large systems. We also offer flow split letters for septic system size reduction. We offer retaining wall design for mounded septic systems requiring up to 50% reduction of required slopes. Engineering services may be able to reduce your drainfield size by up to 60%.

Design

We design septic systems for every type of situation – from an RV to large commercial projects and public buildings. We also offer engineer-designed systems when required by state regulations.

Permitting

We are experts at septic permitting. We have successfully obtained thousands of residential and commercial septic permits in over half of Florida. If you need a new system, need to repair a system, or would like to modify or connect to an existing system, we can obtain your permit from start to finish.

Repairs

We try to find the origin of the problem and design a cost-effective solution to help you get back to normal. From quick fixes to repair permits, we are your affordable septic repair option.

New Installations

We are able to give you the best and cheapest legal systems in the State of Florida. We design the systems ourselves to meet or exceed state requirements. If necessary, if we can’t get the system installed, we can bid your job out for the lowest bids possible. Septic systems are then installed by only the best state-licensed and insured installers under our supervision.

Perc Tests

Perc tests have been replaced with soil evaluations where the soil texture, color, structure, morphology, and applicable loading rates are examined.

Site Assessments

A site evaluation is a great way to understand what environmental features exist in a property that you own or are thinking of buying. They are also required for septic system permits.

Environmental Consulting

We offer comprehensive, skilled, and friendly environmental consulting in many different areas of concern from general questions when you would just like to talk to someone for answers to highly technical answers to project-specific questions.

Wetland Delineations

Our wetland delineations are some of the best available. A good wetland delineation can help save money and future problems. We have a wide range of services and expertly presented products at every level of detail.

Soil Evaluations

Soil profiles are required for septic system permits. Soil tests (also called perc or perk tests) can be useful in real estate purchases during the due diligence period.
