Environmental Assessments
Natural Feature Inventory (NFI) – assesses the site for resources that may or may not be impacted. Natural Feature Inventories may be required prior to development and typically include assessment of landcover, elevation, hydrography, karst, endangered, threatened, and species of concern, protection zones, cultural and archaeological resources, adjacent sites, wells, and other features.
If endangered and/or protected species are found on site, additional fieldwork or mapping of those species may be required.
